Bacon & Eggs Benedict

We’re getting fancy now with one of the most famous breakfast dishes of all time, Bacon & Eggs Benedict. This breakfast is 585 calories per serving.  54g of fat, 3.5g of carbs, and 19g of protein…


Mug Cake

  1. 3 tablespoons of almond flour
  2. 2 tablespoons of butter
  3. 1 egg
  4. ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  5. ¼ teaspoon of chili powder
  6. ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
  7. Salt n pepper to taste



  1. 4 slices of bacon
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 2 tablespoons of hollandaise sauce
  4. Salt n pepper to taste



  1. Add the cake ingredients and mix together in a round dish.
  2. Microwave for about a minute & 30 seconds or until puffed and cooked all the way.
  3. Tap the mug upside down to get the cake out.
  4. Split it in half and let sit.
  5. Cook the bacon in a pan.
  6. Poach 2 eggs while bacon is cooking
  7. Once everything is cooked just assemble to liking.
  8. Lastly add 1 tablespoon of the hollandaise sauce and enjoy.
