Ingrеdiеntѕ:
Mug Cake
- 3 tablespoons of almond flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt n pepper to taste
Topping
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of hollandaise sauce
- Salt n pepper to taste
Prосеѕѕ:
- Add the cake ingredients and mix together in a round dish.
- Microwave for about a minute & 30 seconds or until puffed and cooked all the way.
- Tap the mug upside down to get the cake out.
- Split it in half and let sit.
- Cook the bacon in a pan.
- Poach 2 eggs while bacon is cooking
- Once everything is cooked just assemble to liking.
- Lastly add 1 tablespoon of the hollandaise sauce and enjoy.
