Did I mention all these lovely ingredients are keto friendly. With that being said it is still all about moderation so don’t go overboard by eating 6 of these things lol. Here is where we are per serving: 285 calories, 21 grams of fat, 22 grams of protein, and 0 net carbs. Always keep in mind you want to be close to or more than double the fat content to protein content at the close of the day.
- 5 lbs of ground beef (70/30)
- 1 egg
- Worcestershire sauce (to your liking)
- 1 Mеdium Pepper
- 8 Ounce cheddar (or your choice) cheese (per burger)
- Pan fry your burgers to your liking
- In a separate pan fry your bacon
- 1 minute before you take your burgers out apply cheddar cheese and cover til melted.
- Make your burgers (no bun) and enjoy.
