Caveman Sliders

What’s there not to love about hamburgers, cheese, spices, and of course bacon. I think Caveman Sliders are the perfect name for this dish.  Did I mention all these lovely ingredients are keto friendly.  With that being said it is still all about moderation so don’t go overboard by eating 6 of these things lol. Here is where we are per serving: 285 calories, 21 grams of fat, 22 grams of protein, and 0 net carbs.  Always keep in mind you want to be close to or more than double the fat content to protein content at the close of the day.



  1. 5 lbs of ground beef (70/30)
  2. 1 egg
  3. Worcestershire sauce (to your liking)
  4. 1 Mеdium Pepper
  5. 8 Ounce cheddar (or your choice) cheese (per burger)



  1. Pan fry your burgers to your liking
  2. In a separate pan fry your bacon
  3. 1 minute before you take your burgers out apply cheddar cheese and cover til melted.
  4. Make your burgers (no bun) and enjoy.
