My Top 3 Keto Creamers That I’ve Taste-Tested Myself

My Top 3 Keto Creamers That I've Taste-Tested Myself

Here’s a scary thought.  What if coffee and or coffee creamer weren’t keto friendly? 😱  I don’t even want to think about that!  Sure there’s half and half but if you are like me then you want some sweet flavor to your coffee.  It may sound challenging if you don’t know what to look for but I promise I have your back.  Keto creamer is here to save the day and your cup of coffee.  I’ve tasted several and I have my top 3 that I will share with you.

1.)  Kitu Super Creamer – So if you are anything like me then you like your coffee a caramel to light tan color with a little sweet to it.  Well guess what you are definitely in luck.  1 serving (3 tablespoons) of Kitu Super Creamer makes everything better.  My personal favorite is vanilla. NO sugar and gluten free is just the added bonus.  This by far is my favorite creamer.  It does contain a milk base so unfortunately it is not vegan friendly.  Tastes great with hot coffee, espresso, and cold brew. Highlights: Sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free

Macros: 6g net carbs, 3g fat, 44 net calories

2.) Rapid Fire Keto Creamer – What initially caught my eye on this one was the title and packaging.  It just screams “hey let’s burn some fat!” So this is a powder creamer not a liquid but that doesn’t mean it loses taste.  It is still very good.  Each bottle of powder has 20 servings full of coconut MCTs, grass-fed butter and Himalayan salt. It’s nutrient-dense and has lots of fat that will help keep you on track with your daily macros.  One thing I want to point out.  The powder is consistent with something like protein powder.  So you will get flakes and or clumps of powder in your coffee after stirring.  I don’t mind that but some of yo might.
Highlights: Coconut MCTs, nutrient-rich, healthy fats

Macros: 1 serving (2 tablespoons) 2g net carbs, 8g fat, 90 calories

3.) Omega Power Creamer Salted Caramel – Sugar free grass fed ghee organic mix.  Taste good just another one you have to stir well.  Plenty of MCT oil in this one and very keto friendly. Definitely has a buttery or creamy taste and blends well into your coffee.  Not overly sweet and probably the healthiest keto choice of the 3.  The PowerCreamer provides not only great taste but benefits of high quality fats. Grassfed ghee is the most nutrient dense part of the milk, commonly containing things like Vitamins: A, E, D, K, K2, CLA, and Omega 3’s. Most often used as a quick burning fuel source, MCT oil is the functional ingredient that gives PowerCreamer its name.

Macros: 1 serving (1 tablespoon), 0g carbs, 10g fat, 120 calories

Obviously there are more than 3 types of creamers out there to help you stay in line with your keto lifestyle.  However these were just my favorite 3.  Let me know if you want me to make a bigger list and I sure will test more out for you.

Thanks for following and keto on my fellow keto goers
