Simple Slow & Low Keto Turkey Soup

Simple Slow & Low Keto Turkey Soup

A good turkey soup has plenty of ground cooked turkey obviously.  However it also has uncooked barley, which is an F when it comes to the keto grading system.  So wanna guess what I substituted the barley with?  If you guess cauliflower rice then you would be incorrect.  Although I do use cauliflower rice a lot in my dishes.

Ok I will end the suspense!  The answer is Walnuts..  Walnuts ended up going really well with this snack.  I also want to mention even though I list all my soups as snacks, they definitely can be a lunch or a dinner depending on your portion size. Easter Sale Save upto 20% OFF
